DESERT SAFARI

The adventurous 7-hour desert safari tour will take you to the heart of Dubai’s most popular desert known as ‘Lahbab’. Located 50 kilometers from the city, Lahbab is distinctively known for its sleek red color sand and its towering dunes which provide a perfect landscape for an adventurous outing. This tour is an ideal blend of thrill and relaxation, which is suitable for adventure seekers, families, couples as well as solo travelers.

You will be picked up from your hotel in a 4×4 vehicle; the drive to the desert spot takes about 45-50 minutes. Feel free to ask your expert guide about the history of Dubai, famous monuments or simply hold a casual conversation about the height of Burj Khalifa!

After reaching Lahbab, we will take a 20-minutes break while the guide deflates the tires and wait for the other convoy to catch up. Meantime, you can opt for a quad bike or take a restroom break.

Once ready, you will be taken deeper into the desert wherein you will enjoy 30-45 minutes of the exhilarating dune-bashing as you slip and slide across from one dune to another. After the exciting drive, there is a picture-stop atop the highest dune – you do not want to miss this opportunity of snapping Instagram-worthy pictures of a scenic sunset. During the stop, try out an immensely popular sport of sand-boarding – this sport is suitable for all individuals, and it does not require any prior experience or training.

Subsequently, after the picture stop, head towards our Bedouin-style camp, hidden in the heart of the desert. Be greeted with Qahwa (Arabic coffee), dates, and Lugamat (traditional sweet) as you enjoy the numerous activities put together in the camp such as camel rides, Shisha pipe, Henna tattoo artists, take pictures in traditional Arabic costumes and shop through the souvenir stand to discover unique as well as exotic ornaments for your loved ones back home. Have a chance to take pictures with a Falcon as well.

As the night settles in, enjoy a delicious and luxurious BBQ spread of kebabs, hummus, and salads accompanied by soft drinks and alcoholic drinks (self-paid) from the bar. While enjoying your meal, feast your eyes on a colorful belly dancing show followed by the Tanura performance.

Finally, after the last show, we will head back to Dubai and proceed to drop you off at your hotel.
